Ok, I have a site that’s been running for a few months, it gets reasonable traffic but not as much as I think it should, the site is:

101 Best Twitter Apps

Now, I run a few of these 101 Best … sites and they generally do pretty well, but this Twitter one I just can’t get off the ground. Does anyone have any ideas or obvious thoughts that I might have missed?

With the popularity of Twitter I was really hoping to get this site moving quickly but 6 months after launch I’m only getting about 150 visitors a day and the rank in Google is pretty low as well. I just can’t figure what I’m doing wrong – or is it just that the competition is too high?

Any help / ideas is appreciated.

ps. As an example on the other sites in the series: 101 Best Android Apps generates about 150,000 unique visitors a month (over 750,00 page views) and 101 Best iPhone Apps brings in nearly $500 a month in advertising revenue on its own.

The Truth About Information
Every person's convictions of the particular nature of all things 'real' (i.e. - reality) is entirely based on their previous experiences, combined with various information picked up along the way, either purposefully or not.

The delicate factor in the matter is the undeniable influence which the medium carrying such information has upon the way the information is presented and thus interpreted by us later.

Whether the medium is your local Tv station, or your best friend, when representing a particular event or concept (another way of saying 'deliver information') they do son within the limits of their own experiences and the information they've received...

The point of this rant being: keep in mind the true nature of any information and even better -- apply the metrics for information quality
